Unless specified by the customer, instructions to the courier companies are "Authority to Leave". The customer may however, request specific "Authority to Leave" instructions. If the customer requests "Signature required", then the collection of the package is to be the customer's responsibility if the delivery cannot be made due to no-one being present to sign. To change from Authority to Leave, delete the authority and click on radio button "Signature Required". If an email address is supplied, then a Dispatch Notification will be sent to the email address. From that email, a link is provided so that you can follow the progress of your package. The link will provide you with "Change of Status" information. It is not a GPS tracking program.
